I obtained my Bachelor's degree cum laude at the Technical University of Eindhoven in 2024. During my studies, I worked as a research assistant in the group of Prof. Bert Meijer, where I synthesized and investigated the self-assembly of various supramolecular monomers. For my Bachelor's end project, I studied the self-assembly of supramolecular polymers under crowded conditions. I also joined the group of Prof. Craig Hawker as a research intern at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I focused on the synthesis and development of siloxane-based liquid crystal elastomer resins used for 3D printing. I have also decided to join the Meijer group for my Master’s thesis.
