I received my bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the Freie Universität Berlin in 2022. During my undergraduate studies I worked in the group of Prof. Rainer Haag on synthesizing PFAS adsorbing materials. I continued with my master’s degree in 2022, moving within the same research group in Berlin, into the field of supramolecular chemistry investigating small amphiphiles in aqueous solutions. During this time, I joined the group of Prof. Bert Meijer at TU/e for a research internship, investigating the impact of surfactants on the self-assembly of benzenetricarboxyamides.
In 2024, I started my PhD under the joint supervision of Prof. Bert Meijer and Prof. Rainer Haag. My current research explores the functionalization of BTA–surfactant co-assembly systems with the goal of developing supramolecular strategies for virus inhibition.
