In 2016, I received my BSc. degree at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) after doing my bachelor thesis on dispersity effects in block co-oligomers. I then spend three months at UC Santa Barbara in the group of Craig Hawker working on various semi-fluorinated diblock and multiblock copolymers. For my master thesis, I worked on luminescent π-conjugated polymers with high chiral order in the group of Bert Meijer. After a five month internship at Haldor Topsoe A/S near Copenhagen, Denmark where I worked on improving catalysts for bioconversion, I obtained my MSc. degree at the TU/e in fall 2018. In November 2018 I started my PhD position with Bert Meijer where I aim to use perfectly ordered phase separated π-conjugated block co-oligomers for photoelectronic properties.
