I obtained my Bsc. degree in Medical Sciences and Technology at TU/e in September 2018 after finishing my final project in the group of Prof. dr. Meijer on optimizing the RAFT polymerization of pentafluorophenyl acrylate for Single Chain Polymeric Nanoparticle applications. I completed my master's Biomedical Engineering at TU/e in 2020, where I did my graduation project in the group of Prof. dr. Meijer on exploring and unraveling the supramolecular assembly of end-functionalized discrete siloxane block molecules. After my graduation project, I did an internship at Radboud University in Nijmegen in the group of Dr. ir. Peter Korevaar where I worked on an out-of-equilibrium surfactant system by incorporating a dissipative component and investigating the self-assembly process. In May 2025, after defending my PhD thesis titled “Controlling Asymmetry in Supramolecular Polymer Systems” I am continuing in the big chemistry consortium as a postdoc and will focus on the topic of chirality in water-based supramolecular systems using high-throughput.
